The incident happens at ~2:30.

It isn't Fogartys fault, the marshals are at fault. He was trying to lap a slower rider, and the marshals failed to notify the slower rider with a blue flag that he was about to be overtaken.

If you watch the reaction of the rider Fogarty pushes off the bike, you can clearly see that he is shouting at the marshals.

Not Fogartys fault, rea1high is talking shit.

I only got into Motorbike racing in 2001 when i first watched MotoGP but i wish i got to watch Fogarty ride... he was a lass act... he deserved to retire under his own terms... he'll forever be the greatest World Superbike rider of all time.

@rea1high Dont talk shit carl (or any racer) wouldnt intentionally hit some1. the race you were talkin about the rider is sort of sitting up because he doesnt have the talent/bike to go into the corner as hard as the top guys. carl thinks he's sitting up to let him past and takes his racing line. there were no blue flags being waved so the rider didnt know

the biggest spoilt brat in racing. went to honda and did shite all. cried his eyes out to get back on a duke were all the rules were changed to suit the duke ie (1000cc) were as all the jap bikes (750) . he wont sign autographs and is a propper misserable tosser and how the world owes him. he bought the wins and couldnt handle anyone beating him so spat the dummy out all the time. how do i know, coz i were in them pitts watching the loser. the blackburn bully.

@40951 he was a great champion and before the wsb he was the record holder for the isle of man tt but koscinski showed him how to ride a duke and the year after showed how to ride a honda rc45 so although iam a fan of foggy he wasnt the best wsb rider
