@fooserie10 plug your USB cable to PC and to Iphone then turn off your iphone... press the HOME and POWER button for 10 secs. when you see the APPLE LOGO release the POWER button but keep the HOME button press and that's it your itunes will detect your iphone...

if you lost your apps then just go to itunes and make sure your usb in connected and your it says that your ipod is in then go to your ipod name and look up and it say apps then just click on it and click on the square for games you want and then press sync and there you go

@WnderWmn82 If you Plug you iPod into your Computer and hold the Power and Home button for 30 Seconds it should make the ding-dong charging sound. If it still wont turn on take out the iPod Cable and try again :) Worked for me on a 2G and 4G.

Sometimes you need to put it into DFU/Recovery mode to restore as you might have jailbroken you Idevice and the only way to un jailbreak it is to put it in that mode and restore
