  • thats freakin' amazing!

  • Good grief, they even made it move like the stop-motion animation in the movie! That is a very impressive piece of model making. Awesome work.

  • Congratulatons my friend, IT'S A GREAT WORK, hope George Lucas watch this some day I'm almost sure he would be proud, and not only because of the great mechanical work, the model it self it's a very nice replica. Also very nice shots with the city behind, it would be great if you could use a Full HD camera.

  • all it needs now is a tiny luke skywalker to swing up underneath it...

  • beautiful work. One or two of those shots near the end made it look immense as well.

  • I like how it walks one foot at a time like the real thing... I wish you would do a how to on this for working out the gearing to get the timing right... man! it even bends at its knees correctly

  • cool

  • Pretty cool. this is also how the At-Ats were originally intended to move when filming but was dropped in favour of Go-motion as the effects team commented in the ESB Commentary that they would still be trying to figure out how even today.

  • get a license from Lucas Film, and mass produce it at a Chinese factory.

you will make tons of money.

  • Now that's just bad-ass.

  • I'd love to see the mech in there-probably 1 per leg-offset 1/4 in timing to get the cadence...the only thing that would make this ANY better, is to have the joint hubs spin around!

  • Be careful with those MicroMachines snowspeeders and their tow-cables now....hehe

  • That's an amazing piece of work! It doesn't just move; it moves just like the AT-AT in Empire. Wow.

  • El mejor de todos los ATAT!!! Como carajo hicieron los chinos para lograr tal realismo en el caminar? Ojala George L. Hubiera tenido esa tecnología en su época. AMEN

  • AWESOME!
