I pulled my money out of big banks and went to Navy Federal credit union years ago. I told my girlfriend about the bank transfer day and we made it to BoA yesterday at 1:59PM right before they closed and closed her account then pulled a few thousand out she had and deposited it into an account at NFCU we opened a week prior. Together we can make change no matter how much money you have.
