i hate to say it but this mobile rocks it was operator error you mounted it wrong the strap went under NOT over the way you had it so reading instructions is important !!!! and your bumper is to high your sapost to cram it in between the matress and the crib my daughter loved it as i had mine setup safe and proper !!!
@1984Jamielynn You're right about the bumper. I had just washed it and put it on before I took the video so I hadn't pushed it down yet. And far as mounting it under, might be right on that too. Most reviews I see for it people are saying the same thing that the straps suck. I dont see how it could even snap if you go under but then again, at this point I dont care, haha. We dont do crib toys anymore. But thanks for commenting!
I got the same thing for our month old baby girl, when it does work, it works great, but runs out of batteries all the time.
