Been riding waves for well over 30 years in many different parts of the world and have never been on wave that even comes close to that. It almost makes me cry. Like seeing a girl who is way out of my league. Damn.

Apparently that part of the wave was shot from the beach at Greenmount/Coolangatta and it had broken from Snapper Rocks, so add another minute or two. The superbank is great but so were snapper, Rainbow, Greenmount, Coolangatta (lefts of the Kirra groyne) and Kirra when they all broke individually. Can't complain though.

@Bewesy sand dredged from tweed heads to improve the beaches for sunbakers and that, increasing the dry sand on the beach thus destroying the banks from snapper all the way to burleigh, they have thier days still but i wish i was around when they were that good
