@angellinegirl If you were referring to Thor's wife, Lady Sif is in the movie played by Jaimie Alexander, but she is not his wife in the film. More than likely there will be a love triangle between Thor, Jane and Sif. In the comics, Sif was born with golden hair, which was turned black after Loki jealously cut it and replaced it with enchanted hair made by dwarves.

Chris Hemsworth gained 50 lbs to get up to 245-50 lbs to play Thor, he shed some weight off after they filmed but has hit the gym again cause they start shooting Avengers in Feb.  Natalie Portman is not playing Thor's wife, shes playing Jane Foster, who is a doctor who falls for him when he is banished to Earth by Odin
