That's why they play it at military funerals. Her version had NO emotion whatsoever. She sung it okay, yes, but for Amazing Grace, okay is not okay.

When I here the elders in my church who have experienced this type of struggle in their life and they sing this song, I am convicted because they are convicted. I agree, she is a super singer and if this was really a singing competition she should win or at least be 2nd, BUT it isn't a singing contest!
She MUST get some stage present and not rely on her great voice because quite frankly SHE IS BORING AS WATCHING PAINT DRY!

I personally want Rebecca to win.I want to know if she is a Christian or not? Her version of Amazing Grace was really good.Many people probablly did not pay much attension to the song choice ,but it tells of Gods amazing grace in sending his one and only son to die for us all on the cross.So that if we believe and trust in him,and ask him to be our Lord and Saviour,we will be saved forever through Faith in him.Amen.

@1jammot christianity is not religion,its really a faith.The song is all about Jesus.In the American version called American idol a couple of years back,The singers caused an uproar when they sung a Christian Song as a collective called "My Jesus My Saviour (Shout to the Lord)"The t.v. crew had to change it to" My King My Saviour"as not to offend muslims etc.Which is really quite sad),Anyway,i think we both agree,She has a very good chance of winning.reguardless of my veiw pionts.
