This causes it to reflect the opinion of its political masters, the Liberal Party, who continue its subsidy in return for favourable reportage. Now that the Conservatives have a majority, the CBC is in real danger of losing its subsidy and would have to become a viable commercial enterprise. Americans should know this whenever they see liberal propaganda spewing out of the mouth of Peter Mansbridge.
