Pre-rendered puzzle adventure games like Mist/Dog Day etc were awesome in their day, still awesome today, but due to the rather dog pre-rendering of shadows and lighting back then, it looks pixelated as hell on any screen resolution smaller then 640x480. I used to play these games on 800x600, which was awesome sauce back then, you could actually read stuff amongst the dodgy lighting.

I have this game on computer and it owns, the DS version looks so good.

because the graphics stink, it's REALLY confusing, there's no story line or clues to help you find out what's going on... etc.

don't get me wrong, the computer version is GREAT.

The DS screen is really small so the video doesn't take as much space.

Well, the iPhone's screen is only so big but the iPhone version is just as big as the Mac version of the game..... Coz the iphone only has 3.5" screen it'd make sense that video wouldnt take as much space either....

I don't see why this has been getting bad reviews; it's a classic! I think the ds version is better, because it has more puzzles and a NEW WORLD!!!

The "New World" is Rime in realMyst. It got bad reviews because the navigation sucked. XO

Nice to see myst on the ds. But I don't see why they couldn't make it into full 3d and with better graphics. They seem to have just ported myst onto the ds.

this guy gets stuck in this strange world (myst) and he has to get out by doing a whole bunch of (awsome) puzzles and u have to really know the stragety to play it well. i've played it, like, a BILLION times on the computer version, and i have the computer guide book, so ill probably be pretty good at the DS version if its the same thing. it looks kinda boring, but its really awsome
