About the runway design i think that Galliano realizaed that, and in his next collection (FW 07-08) we showed in versails the runway was lineal, but adorably decorated.

Marvelous collection, but the intricate runway design, caused that some details were missed , and also some lookerons missed some details, however the collection is very versatile, asian inspired dresses, empire dresses, feathers, jewelry, and a very impressive technique of sewing similar to origami, that has been relegated for many years.

Beautiful use of colors, but even for the VERY WEALTHY WOMEN WHO COULD ACTUALLY AFFORD TO BUY THESE EXTRAGAVENT OUTFITS, where would they wear them besides the Academy Awards ?? Actresses are so into "subtlety" now, and classic sleek looks, not this BIJORK LOOK !

It's HAUTE COUTURE!! You aren't supposed to just wear these garments. They are art. Thats why designers also make Ready-to-Wear lines. THOSE are the clothes that people wear.
