It looks like there's a light on her, or too much sunlight. What some might call a harsh light as it makes her look flat. What they do in the movie industry is they aim a light away from the actor into a light colored "umbrella" and the reflection comes back on the actor as a soft/warm light (There are other ways of doing it too).
