@yellowdoghnut45 - I tried to use after shooting the heads off two zombies so two tentacles appeared. It did not work. Must have to use an actual thrown flash grenade.

Yea, just go to 4-1(Caves), break the first few pots and I'm pretty sure theres a flash lying in there always. Just equip it and then as you see spiders, throw the flash at them.(I suggest do that just before that big door thing as there are loads of them there. So you can get the achievement easily and dont have to worry about ammo if you havent unlocked infinite ammo already.

Another easy way of doing this achievement along with the Egg in your Face one is play Public Assembly on Mercenaries. Normally it takes very little to make a giant monster pop out of their heads and if you get two just toss a flash and bam, achievement. Bosses can sometimes drop rotten eggs so pick one up and shoot a majini so he falls down, Aim at him and "Fire" the egg.

another way to get the infinite RPG ammo is get an S rank on any difficulty in all the levels..

so basiccly get at least one S rank on all the levels and it automatically unlocks.. well thats what i did :)
