This is not the final boss, this is the first of the final bosses.

You first have to beat Mom, the you have to beat the second "final" boss 10 times to unlock the third and real final boss of the game.

This first Mom-fight is just an easy warmup for the beginning of the game.

You didn't really think it was going to be THIS easy? It's a goddamn Roguelike game xD

And it isnt "shitty" its probably the best game ive ever played in my life. Probably cause in my opinion games these days are shite. @deanodawg01 its not shitty, just doesnt seem like a fair challenge. Bullet hells are one thing but only being able to shoot in 4 directions and having little accuracy seems cheap. I will say it's creative (Gemini is a twin lol) and I personally think they could have done better with the games title.

@TrollDadish : as of the Halloween update, the ACTUAL final boss is Satan. Before that it was It Lives I guess.

Of course some sort of expansion pack is scheduled to be released sometime in the future.

Abraham didn't want to do this, but he still did it for God. However, at the last second, an Angel stopped him. God explained that it was all a test of his faith.

This game is just a humorous and gory form, but the plot was changed so less people would be offended.

Actually, Mom's Heart is not the final boss. After defeating Mom for the first time, you will unlock two more levels for your next playthrough. The last boss of the second level is Mom's Heart. The tenth time you reach Mom's Heart, you will get a stronger version of it, called "It Lives". But this isn't the final boss either. The final boss is in Sheol accessed through killing "It Lives" (or earlier by getting a devil's room after killing the heart).
