@torentmonkey The video is of the bike new. That piece and the reflectors are gone. The seat, wheels, tires and bar tape replaced/upgraded as well.

I just purchased the same exact model 2 months ago. It's a great bike. Only cons are white handlebar tape and quality of wheels.

Yes - I just need some time for both to wear out enough to justify their replacement expense.
