i went and visit Cambodia a while ago, and the reason for the white skin is that they bath in a tub fully covered with milk and some other weird chemical for couple hours until their skin is prune, which is safe for the skin. Cambodian people now are so into the Korean culture, that they basically copies everything korean does. This is a fact, from music, clothing to hair cuts.
