  • Great results is this classic phase or lean?

  • no need to buy p90x tho its on many turrets... waste of money and most of it is common sense

  • thanks i really needed to see this to get back on track with my power 90. its my third week and i'm kinda tired from the daily workout but hey... looking at this gives me some energy. i haven't been following the diet tho, but i take some caffeine for the extra boost. :D

  • Great progress, man. Don't stop!

  • p90x definitely works, as I'm currently in the best transformation of my life. All you got to do is take a look at the video I've uploaded with my body pictures for the last 2 months(Feb 8th pic included). I'm dropping around 1% in body fat every week for the past 3 and will hopefully continue to do so until I'm done in 3 weeks, come shart at about 9-10%.

BTW, for those of you that are looking to purchase, I've dropped a 30% coupon under that same video.

  • @gabrielp43

did you follow the diet plan exactly?I'm doing the p90x but can not find everything in the supermarket and wanted to know if someone did it with replacing meals with others and will it work? And the protein bar is important?

  • Amazing transformation! Congrats!

Watching your video was really inspiring. Thanks for the video!

  • Start p90x now. (Download) it for free at workout90days(d0t)tk

  • i agree with the comment below mine bro, you seem to start really get into it and even start getting happy. Its good it makes it more real shows how good exercising makes you feel

  • you started to smile at day 30,,hehehehe.

    congrats broo.

  • when u did power 90..did you use resistance bands or weights more. I have bands now at home but can't decide which is better.

  • @APFlynn free weights are better for getting ripped muscles thick hard big muscles .

  • Good Job!

  • you did lean, right?

  • To be fair, while the results are great and all, I think the haircut and a couple shades of tan as well as the facial expression in the end are the huge differences.

    Still, awesome job.

  • did u do the lean or classic

  • im very impressed. just checking out these videos to inspire me, i just ordered the power 90 a few days ago and am ready to go, but im also hoping i can stay motivated.

  • at :18 you cant tell me that doesnt look like the guy from Pineapple Express.

  • Awesome. Way to stick with it. I'm actually doing Tony's 10 minute trainer and then your route. Thanks for putting this up.

  • Great work dude! You really should be proud of yourself!

  • that's good stuff man good job

  • Amazing work.. Well done

  • Wow good job

  • wow good job you lost some serious inches around your waist!

  • Awosme just awesome. Amazing. that exercise works.

  • honestly i thought it was gonna be better results but still not bad

  • wow you lost pounds but still look not muscular

  • what do you think I should do if i'm in decent shape. like i don't look that great but physically i'm a wolf just with like bear insulation. should i do power 90 first or will i be able to do p90x

  • yes they do

  • goood job man but it seems to me u did alot of fat burning and losing rather tnan muscle gaining regardless congrats and keep it up i start this tommorow so wish me luck hoping to post a video upp

  • i went on the website and see everything that come in the package just have one question, do they tell you what order to use the dvds?

  • @mofo888 For P90X along with the DVDs themselves you'll need some resistance bands or free weights, a pull up bar, and a yoga mat.

  • @mofo888 ya they do, theres three different orders classic, lean and doubles they vary

  • @mofo888 yes they do and they give you sheet to record your workout information. and before you start i would highly recomend doing this with a friend because it is easy to skip a few reps here and there but if you have a firend you both stay motivated

  • @mofo888 yes there is a calender that comes with it, and on the back it has all the different types of the program that you can choose to do depending on where your at when you start, but it tells what dvd to watch every single day, its very simple in concept, but very hard work, very worth it. push play, push your self, and you will be one of the ripped ones.

  • Now that's what I call bringing it, fantastic results!

  • Nice job man! I happen to be doing the same thing. I just wrapped up day 56 of Power90 and plan on moving on to P90X after that. Keep it up!

  • Nice transformation. Hope you kept up the good work.

  • Good video, I like it since this seems to be one of the more realistic portrayals around. If you look at the beachbody page for the original power 90, the pictures make you think in 90 days you can go from 100 lbs overweight to having the physique of a male model. Totally unrealistic. For us folks who are curious what kind of change to expect if we follow the program exactly and eat moderately well, this video is a great example.

  • @debtman7 but he might have had better results with proper nutrition. I see his abdominal region and think that he's had more carbs than what he should

  • NOICE!

  • song name?

  • @eaziepeazie

"Let it rock! " Nice sound!

And man, everybody that do that workout got some tan yeah!?

ahaHHAhA nice work man! keep going!

  • lol i dont think he did aaaaaaall of p90x.. he photos look the same after p90..xD.. maybe work harder on p90x? but anyways.. great results dude.

  • wheres da 6 pack i c ur arms got toned up but no rock on em keep it up ur gettin there

  • haha.. um I think you did it wrong dude. you went from flabby to scrawny

  • Reminds me of John Stone fitness, are you guys related?

  • hey fread calm down m8,i think you have an issue with the brits did a big sexy brit steal a girl from you or are u just a loudmouth PRICK......

@tmpk007 well done mate keep bringing it as you know p90x works

  • good shit man! I hate when you see fat lazy Americans (which is like 90 % of them) and they complain "Oh...I have a thyroid problem. Or, i just don't know what to do, I'm heavy but I can't help it." You actually got the program that worked for you and got your ass into shape. Hell yea man! Congrats. Don't quit now!

  • you make me wanna slap you! i am so sick of you people from these third world countries going on us.you all need to get some business and find out how you can improve your country and stop the worry over how we are doing over here!

  • lazy Americans? i bet you are British with yall bad oral hygiene having ass.we maybe lazy as you say be we are damn sexy anyway.can you say the same for your countrymen?no i didn't think so because from what i have seen yall are a fucking mess!get some business and stop the American comment's.wanker!

  • It says he's from the US so why the hell did you start unnecessarily attacking British people?

  • he's attacking British people because he's an idiot, lmao! And yes I'm American, so I can say whatever I want. It's a free country after all, right? So freadistair, or whatever your name means or is, how bout you SHUT THE FUCK UP unless you can speak intelligently on a subject. Thanks. Phranky, you're cool though.

  • dude you gained no muscle

  • p90x isnt really a muslce building program

  • @geroysimon rofl what have you been watchin?

  • what i meant was the program isn't really geared towards adding size, its more about getting in shape, losing fat, getting cut

  • Cool, question though. I am wanting to get this program, anything you would suggest adding to it, to maybe add a little mass? I don't think I need any though but you never know. I am average size, 6'3 at 205. I just need muscle build and definition I guess. I had been training on my own at the house for about a month now.

  • WTF are you talking about, you build muscle in p90x. Tony says to do higher weight with lower reps throughout the weight lifting workouts for building muscles.

  • @rcw0388 man did you not read what I wrote, i didnt say you cant or wont build muscle...but the program itself is not a mass building program.. you would gain more muscle with a proper weigth lifting program than you would with p90x

  • Thanks for putting up the video. I have been considering these 2 programs myself. It really helps to see the progress of someone "normal", not someone who was already in great shape when they started the program. Good job Dude.

  • wow good job man!!!!!

  • These are realistic results you are clearly a real person the best thing for me is your smile and your clear happiness with your results that is priceless......... Good for you!!! Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.

  • someone can xplain me what

    "power 90" is ?

    thanx

  • ....p90x means power 90 extreme so there has to be the prequel for there to be a sequel right? and thats p90 or power 90 which is just like p90 except shorter workouts and not as intense

  • no if you want to get into shape eat relativley healthy and do p90x it will get u into great shape im only on like day 28 tho but im getting there bit by bit

  • download the truth about six pack abs ebook and read it. it covers in detail all you need to know about nutrition, work outs, and the science of fat burning. i was able to change my eating and drinking habits while following the plan and lost 20 pounds in a few months. 190 to 170. everyone commented on my progress. this book is great.

  • dude yoga is essential part of fitness it helps you with your over all fitness and flexibility if you want to be fit yoga is a must do its verrry good for you

  • great work if i were you i would do another month of p90x and then go to insanity workout but thats my opnion

  • realy good work mate keep it up!

  • dude nuff respect, keep up di hard work, what kind of food do you eat during the power 90 - p90x period? big up from Jamaica

  • does this involve any dieting? if it does is it hard to adhere to at all?

  • it does involve a meal plan mate im not sure how it is yet but im about to start it within the next week or so

  • Wow great huge difference in the face!

  • Holy fuck dude, that's amazing! You've seriously just sold me on this program!

  • verry impressive indeed now dont stop !!!

  • Amazing dude! I'm really looking forward on trying out this workout program. Have you tried P90X Plus? I'm wondering on purchasing that as well or not.

  • I have. I'm in the middle of a round of it right now. Good stuff.

  • that's some awesome progress dude. I'm starting this tomorrow, because I want to burn my belly flab, love handles, and tone my muscles. Seems like I made the right choice!

  • you look great! keep up the good work

  • hey can you help me out about to finish week four and on week of of the classic it says tricepts and shoulders i dont have a dvd label with all that what do i do what disc do i use ?

  • Week 4 should be a recovery week, which wouldn't have strength workouts in it (it's kenpo, yoga, core, and x stretch). There is one workout called "Chest, Shoulders & Triceps" which is used on the 3rd day of the week during Phase 2. Does that help? Let me know.

  • im 15 and ive so far done Power 90, P90X Lean, P90X Classic and P90X Double....you just keep goin till u reach ur goal

  • Wow :) never stop my friend!

  • so great dude!

im 15 and doing p90x (doctor ok's it)

need some exercise and its the only fun one

im only on like week 1 lol =)

    happy for you ^_^

  • Good for you!!! I just started the Power 90, I have had the video sitting on my shelf for three or four years, never tried it. I love it and I am on day three. I cannot find my book to go with it though. So having issues remembering reps and such.

  • Well done! That final BEFORE and AFTER was dramatic, like 2 different people. Bet you wonder why you went so long in the old body? lol

Just started my p90x and finished week 1, was diagnosed with cancer this summer and figured it was time to get my rear in gear. Lost 5 pounds already! Here we go!

  • Best of luck to you.

  • best wishes rlly,,

  • well done!!!!

  • That's awesome! You really stuck to it! I just got Power 90 and I'm not looking forward to the food plan. Did you follow the fat burner food plan to get your results?

  • never mind read you other post:)

  • whats the difference between power 90 and p90x

  • after looking at p90x on youtube for about a year now i think it is time to finally bring it!! I turn thirty years old in april and right now i'm in the worst shape of my life.I'm 5'11 and 225 lbs. I've got 90 days till 30 on Jan.9. Have 4 days to get a copy of p90x. I'm ready!!!!

  • Good job dude... you should be proud of yourself.

  • great job

  • good job, finally results that look real

  • In your opinion is it better to start with power 90 then move to p90x, or does it not matter?

  • It depends on your current level of fitness. I wouldn't have been ready for P90X without Power 90 first. Doing Power 90 allowed me to attack P90X with more energy than I would have been able to otherwise.

  • wow you look great. keep it up

  • fantastic, all the hard work has paid off

  • Bad ass! great job!!!

  • Amazing! I'm looking forward to seeing what the future has in store for you.

Do you follow the nutrition plan at all?

  • I didn't follow the formal nutrition plan, but it's something I'm going to work harder on during Round 2. I've also been reading "The Abs Diet" and will be taking some tips from there.

  • Oct 30 was also my 26th birthday..that's crazy. I just got this program and will start is the week after Thanksgiving. Wish me luck!

  • Hey. I know my video says I was going to start Oct 30, but I'm actually going to start Round 2 December 3. Have you been on the Beachbody message boards at all? I post there all the time, there are a lot of great people who keep me motivated. Have you seen WOWY (the virtual gym) yet? Let me know if you'd like more info on anything.

  • ya... you could definitely beat the hell out of your old self!!!

    Good job...

    See ya next round!

  • Tim! you lost big time and you look so much more alive!Very cool! After round two you are not just going to be slender but ripped too!

I just started this(and my own YTube video blog) a couple days ago and am looking forward to great results and also seeing others who post. Good job!

  • Totally different person...great job!

  • need a little more muscle there.hahah.

  • Nice JOB! I was wondering if you could answer a question. Im about done with P90. P90 has a P90 master series. Would you recommend doing P90 Master series first or just go into P90X?

  • Good job, buddy. You've made some serious changes. And happy early birthday!

  • good job, one more time of p90x and you'll be truly ripped...

  • That's amazing dude. Keep on bringing it! Extremely inspiring.

  • Awesome job! That's the way to bring it. I look forward to seeing how another round adds the muscle. Very inspiring! Keep pressing play and keep pressing on!

  • I am definately inspired by you, but I just got finished doing yoga x and I have no idea how these people do what they do... Everytime I'd wobble or fall over I just said screw it and got right back up and tried again... wasn't really relaxing until the end, but I feel awesome now! Anyone who disses the yoga just keep pushing play and eventually you can do the plough =0) -- which I still think is ridiculously hard

  • The first time I could do the 'crane' pose was a major accomplishment.

  • another great change

  • awesome man!

  • Wow awesome results! I saw another video you posted prior to this one and thought it was impressive. I just started P90x (Lean) and I'm 26 currently and hope to make dramatic improvements over the next 6 mos. Just out of curiosity do you have the starting / ending stats with regard to height/weight/body fat%? Keep up the awesome job man -- The best part is how great you feel after the workouts!

  • I agree with feeling awsome after workouts. I can tell you when I started Power 90 in Feb I was 200 lbs. Right now I'm 168. I actually gained 3 pounds or so while doing P90X, but I know it's muscle. I don't know my starting body fat (I think I calculated it out by hand at around 26%) , but my scale right now tells me I'm at 16%.

  • Awesome - your results are my starting point and my end goal -- well somewhere around 165 lbs. I'm only 5'7 so I can't get too much above 170 without it showing. Did you follow the diet plan? I am not one to cook and I am trying to eat a lot of Lean Cuisine Frozen meals for lunch and I'm only eating chicken/veggies for dinner currently.

  • No, I didn't follow the diet plan... I now eat better than I used to, but next time around a big part of what I will do different is follow the diet plan more closely, keeping my protein/carb/fat ratios in check. That, and I was sort of lax on Ab Ripper X... Two areas to improve on.

  • I did kind of notice a lack of tone/abs, so the lack of diet explains that. But that doesn't even matter, because the change in your body shape and arms is flipping amazing! I think it would be good to see a profile view now compared to day one of power 90. I bet it's astonishing. Keep it up! +subscribe for me! I hope to start up soon.

  • Great work man... I love the results video. I just started a round of P90X and hope to do as well as you did getting rid of the gut :) I'm on week 2. Congrats!

  • Congratulations! What a difference. With a round of each under your belt you are obviously making lifelong changes... awesome job!

  • Big difference, way to stick with it.

    Thanks for the update.

  • You've made great progress man. Good job!
