Awesome cheers for da vid Raj enjoyed it alot i've done the first part about a year ago mabe longer where you stop the hip and when you role out i rememebr doing that part in quite alot of moves where you have there head kinda like piledrived to the floor and you can further stand on there hands, nee on there head, Strikes ect.
Would you be able to make some roll tutorials? In like the advanced rolls i got teh basic rolls down and would like to learn more of teh advanced ones.
