To the one who posted this video. The city's name is Amsterdam. But thanks for posting it. You have more footage of this concert? I actually read the interview Mike gave after this concert in a dutch magazine. It mentioned this small fight, so it's really cool to have the visual after 15 years. It's the same guy he was humping before I think and then finally he really pissed Patton off. Looked like some Joe Pesci Goodfellas shit!

They just discussed Mike's stage antics and the interviewer said something like what was that little fight you had with someone from the audience? Mike said something like oh that kid just happened to be there at the wrong time. That's basically it.
