I saw a t.v. documentry some years ago where they showed the first S-4 test flight video that he made and you could clearly hear his voice, his late wife's, Gene Huff's and 'ufologist' John Lear in it and it showed the craft being put through it's pace's and it moved just like one of the ones I saw in the mid 90's. If you've ever read the Majic 12 s.o.m. manual, it spicificly mentions an 'S-4' as a place to store retrieved ufos, the same place that Lazar did his work on them.
