Good video. Women need to hear this message on true beauty. Through the spiritual eye we are all amazingly beautiful spiritual beings. One exercise I use to enable this is to see the innocent young child or baby inside of each person. It is so much easier for people to see the beauty of a baby, the pure life, and this can be a spring board for us to understand someone in spiritual beauty and unconditional love. Blessings! :)
