Another scumbag tenant. However, I've seen a LOT worse. I'm a Landlord and I deal with these little scum trash tenants every day. I hope you filed an eviction and I hope you follow through with it including Count II AND, please, remember to record the final judgment (another $13-$15 to record). That way, when that piece of crap Connie Calasso, goes to do this to another property owner, her name will come up in a background check. Good luck.
You need to check out some other videos on YouTube. Beside the air conditioner leak and the hole in the door, it wasn't that bad. Just flush the doggie poo and get on with life, LOL!
