  • Are they heavy?

  • Where u get1

  • i no that song its dubstep its called invaders

  • And remember, with both fixed gears and rollers:

If ya try to coast, yer toast!

  • Yes, both fixed gears and rollers are a great way to train. My only complaint with rollers has been that they don't offer progressive resistance but I found a way to circumvent that to a great extent by using slightly wider tires which offer a bit more rolling resistance and I've been deflating them to about 30 lbs toward the end of the workout to maximize that. One may also apply light brake pressure when sprinting, if needed.

  • I have gears because:

1.) I want to be able to walk by the time I'm 35, and,

2.) I'm fat and want to go fast.

  • @epohnopulse-- geared bikes on paper are better and faster, but on the right day at the right time on a good street fixed gear is great , and just about having good fun,and if you set your self the goal of be able to ride the bike brakeless a certain way and when your doing it its really good fun and satisfiing.

btw i am not thin !!

    have a good one

  • @epohnopulse Hey im fat too lol, but i ride fixed because it keeps going. Gears are good too, but i tend to cruise and fall behind.

  • how do you stop ? hahaha youll take off flying forward

  • nice dubstep in the background :))
