I think in Japan they desolve the nigari in a tiny bit of water first and then add it to the soy milk, stir very quickly and then stop. I think it'd curdle better that way.

This machine is called "Soyquick" (Automatic soymilk maker).

Wow! Amazing! Why is it? It is Japanese food. The U.K. is innovative. I learned that there was tofu maker for the first time. I investigated it on Internet. There are three machine.  "Soya joy", "Soya power ", and "Soy Quick". And I discovered that there was another machine in Japan.　"tofu station". Nice video. Totoro funny!

By the way, I'm disappointed that I throw away okara. Do you cook okara?

The voice speaks in English, but it's modified (high pitch), so it's not very clear and. We can't speak Chinese at all. lol

lol lol lol J'en ris encore. Super, j'aime cet aspect 'cartoon' lol Comme je vois l'univers japonais est toujours là jusqu'à une recette. Si votre garçon a réussi à réaliser cette recette, bien je crois j'y arriverai aussi, elle me semble assez difficile tout de même. Super.
