Hey at least someone is doing it and contributing probably another major zombie movie to look forward to whether it is animated or not. I think the animation if done right might add to the effects, just think of what they can do with the amount of zombies and action going on all at once on the screen, and on top of that it will probably extremely gory.

I agree with everything you said, but what can we do? Those movies exist and this is going to exist. Might as well make the best of it right? So, before I say it sucks, I'm giving this movie a chance. Who knows, it may just surprise us. I like animation and NOTLD, so maybe, just maybe it won't suck so bad.
