So Awesome! I'm a electronic music producer and I can do many many things to sounds or take sound in many different ways etc. I can also create sound very awesome and similar to this one depending on the amount of programs I use or synth layers, effects etc. But this sound, is totally awesome! I have been looking for clean version of this particular sound for years. Finally found it. I'm willing to bet this was all analog hardware from the 60's / 70's because it really has such a character
@andre1onate I shit you not, this sound was created by hanging a metal slinky and hitting near the bottom with a soft mallet. Much more low tech than you think.
@PlexxT Its similar to the TARDIS in Doctor Who being a key scraped up and down a piano wire. Back in the 60s, they were really imaginative in creating all sorts of great effects.

@PlexxT I believe you. I do similar things with tall metal light posts, or deep sewer tube things. Give that resonating effect. Low tech, or organic?

@PlexxT That's really awesome...I can totally tell too, now that I know what caused it. I love how creative they were with sound effect making.
