Thats cool, but I plan to vary my amps and volts based of the test car's TPS and load conditions, so as to make the best mix without O2 sensor dilution.
Nice setup but I definitely would wrap both containers with fiberglass blanket and straps if you are using glass - too dangerous to anyone if (on the rare chance) that explosion in the container(s) does occur. Otherwise it seems you are getting mucho delivery from the washer setup and the fitting setup is nice. Now that you've made your better half deaf she wont hear you when you make snide remarks back her ;-)
The plates are just pain stainless steel washers. My power supply is a 12 volt battery boosted to about 13.5 volts. I think my amps were about 8. Yes, I dumped in a bunch of baking soda.
eatbutnotpuke,
I hope to buy a little Geo Metro for my test car. Washers are connected by wires soldered direct and there are no neutral plates. The 12 plates are arranged + - + - + - + - + - + -
careful plz i did the same thing just WAY worse lastnight, while working with a mini torch i had a flashback that took out that bypassed two flashback arestors, blew violently through the bubbler... and then laid waste to my cell container! the whole thing went down like we were being aressted by a swat team , IT WAS TOO LOUD!!!! plz be care ful as these kinds of explosions/implosions can cause long term hearing damage. my loved ones are just TOO close for such experiments. be as safe as you can!
man that makes good gas-are they staino washers?wots your power supply-amps,volts,etc?I can see you have electrolyte also.details pls-keep up the good work=]
I bet if you put it in your car, you'll get great mpg improvements!
could you plz do a video with the core out of the glass so we can see the setup a little better? how are the washers connected? do you use 'neutral' plates?

pi3573,
Safety must always be first.
My spark arrester works great, and I never ignited the hydrogen with the cell energized.
Also, I liked the work you posted so far.
