  • vtec hit 0:21

  • damn sweet i can get a full h22 swap for 1500 but to turbo these things is where you break your wallet

  • Thats a nice number with just the Camp header.

  • @smha95: because u will be making too little trq on your gsr =P usto kill B20Vs in my heavy BB6 making 191whp X)

  • very nice, I like the numbers!

  • sick ride man... i have an F20b eg, that makes 180whp looking to spray it and do cams this winter and go for 250 NA

  • whats your setup

  • why? becuase they can make more power then GSR can.... 1.8L vs 2.2L.,, any thing you do to the b series you can do the same for H series and the H series will still make more hp... has anyone ever tell you this? theres no replacement for displacement... its always been this way and it all ways be...this way... i my self is doing a F22 swap into my EJ coupe

  • Not everything is about drag strip racing. The H22 is a good everyday driving motor when you set it, the suspension and car up right. It is not as bad as it's made out to be either. I am strongly thinking of getting one for my 93' sedan with a small nitrous shot.

  • Sick!! my friends H swapped hatch puts down the same power but makes 164ft-lbs

  • and by the way how cost a ecu p13 predator?? and where can i get one

    thanks..

  • ok now i put a (pflow) and i ear and feel the vtec but it roar at 5500 rpm and my redline is at 6500 is this normal???

  • what year prelude? if its the 5th gen redline should be around 7500 rpm

  • its a 93 but i think i know why now i think its because when i have bought the engine it came with an automatic tranny but i have keep my manual so the ecu is from an automatic.. is that possible??

  • hi everybody i just bought a prelude h22 stock but when i accelerate i dont feel and ear the vtec plz hep me im confused!!!

  • ecu?

  • @pgo05 lol. sounds like when you bought your prelude the guy swaped the ecu and gave u a shitty 1.

  • This is including installation i guess.

My JDM H22a cost me $1000

Not a hard swap to do either. you can even use your old tranny and engine mounts if its an accord or prelude.

ON THE OTHER HAND ive seen K20's go for $2400 and they make same/ slightly less power stock and the swap is alot more in depth.

  • You should get at least 2.5" exhaust for that.

  • to dyno tune a honda can they dyno tune it with just my chipped ecu or do i need a hondata/?

  • what are the mods??? good numbers !

  • some good ass numbers man

  • was that the eg that pwned a lancer? im saying coz the dude thats in the driover seat looks just like him

  • call me an let me no if u can my name is robert 256-557-9924

  • whats good nice ass civc but what all do u have to do to put a 2000 h22 in a 95 civic ex

  • sounds great mayne.

  • not everyone can pull money out of there ass for a K20 swap buddy! dropping an H22 in a EG chassis is a wise choice... 200hp stock and drop that into a 2300lb civic and that bad boy will scoot! not to mention basic bolt ons and a good tune!

  • the money spent on that h22 and basic bolt ons and a tune could buy a kseries. i owned a 96 and the h22 just doesnt cut it if you are going to compete

  • Comment removed

  • The basis of the worlds economy(currency equivalance) is on "the shitty American dollar" I'm not a honda fan by any stretch but it doesnt take a genius to know that dollar for dollar an h22 swap isnt a poor choice... Actually one favorable thing in terms of the h22 is that some came closed deck whereas most honda engines are open deck...One of the main problems with the h series are the piston rings and landings..But then again with n.a. engines such as this,it shouldnt be a problem..props

  • your fucking retarded. a h22 alone costs at least 2 grand. plus the bult ons. shows how much you know. oh and Hasport makes a direst bolt in kit for the eg-to-kseries swap. learn your shit homo

  • y the hell would you put an h22a in a civic, id rather have a GSR than h22 in a civic, GSR is pretty much direct bolt-on for civics

  • because it makes 151 ft-lbs of trq. with just a header.

  • good point, im getting an h22a in the summer with DC sport headers

  • also there's no replacement for displacement, 2.2L h22, awesome, i'm doing this swap soon.

  • price wise... the gsr is about a thousand more and about 30 more ponies out of the h22a, thats why!

  • @smha95 retard

  • @smha95 also becasue h22 civics own gsr civics, i own one. and I eat b series all day

  • what cams and header?

  • stock JDM H22A cams, and camp1320 header.

  • thanks man, its pretty un noticable compared to a b series, but i like it.

  • VTEC sounded sweet
