You download the file and insert a picture of what ever! iMovie works best but any greenscreen editor should work also.

I could do this Autodesk 3DS MAX, just create a opacity map making the green the transparent part, and the dollar the opaque part, and then put in an environment background, and render the final composition.

You should make the greenscreen area a different colour (i'd say red because its nowhere near to green on the spectrum) because the dollar itself is green. I had trouble with keying this too.
