I use a cheap plastic safety whistle from walmart and duck tape it to my arrows. works great.

If you pause the video in the beginning of the video, you will see triangular cuts into teh aquapod. I created various aquapods with 2,3,4,5 triangle cuts. 3 seem to work best.

A warning. Do not cut holes in the rear of the bottle as an outlet for the air. Reason is, as the velocity of the arrow decreases, the air that rushes through it makes the arrow a "glider" and it will sail in whatever direction it wants. The bigger the water bottle the more unpredictable the glide.
