  • Are you also called neo cubes?

  • @superneol1 Different product, almost the same.

  • .-. I got the black edition and normal ones for free by my guy. It's 24.95 each at books-a-million so it's 49.9 it's a set of 124-5

  • are they better than zen magnets

  • i got the gold edition of these :)

  • Can I please see some demos that DON'T require me buying TWO sets?

  • @howie98277 Uhhh... this is one set

  • @wizgarry Yeah, I just realized that I bought the 125 set, and there is a bigger set that I didn't know about. My bad.

  • 37 euros shipping and all.

Quite expensive for a bunch of magnets, Mostly thanks to the expensive shipping.

You win economy.. But Ill be back,

  • @Jimpiedepimpie good for you. You know these magnets have saved my life. so there not a bunch of junk. Oh yeah respect nature cause these balls are made out of rare earth.

  • @InYourAtomicFace Did I mention junk? Or that they where common?

    Your argument is invalid.

  • @Jimpiedepimpie are you an european lawyer? Cause I suspect you are one.

  • @InYourAtomicFace Nope.

I actually blamed the economy for making them so pricey.

  • I made it and filled up the holes so it looks like a 3D star type thing...but now I don't wanna squish it because it looks so awesome...

  • what if u swallow them?

  • @mikimoo7 Please don't put them in your mouth or swallow them. Eating powerful magnets is neither safe nor healthy.

  • @vat19com i was kidding!!!!!! hahaahahahaha i now tht... they rip ur intestines up especially if u swallow 2

  • @vat19com i ate one :( i'm sorry

  • @vat19com u don't know that mrs

  • @mikimoo7 wait why would you even think of that

  • @mikimoo7 They'll stick to your intestines. True story.

  • Its an Icosahedron!

  • do You hear the Nyan Cat melody?

  • .... i just made it but then i thought it was a stress ball so i squished it and now its all broken... fml

  • It works great just did it

  • THIS IS SO FUCKING AWESOME!

  • There is a way way better way then this

  • i buy 1100 o them today YAY!!

  • Buckyballs as in C60???

  • HOLY TITS I CANT GET THIS FRICKIN RIGHT! I ALMOST DONT WANT THEM ANYMORE

  • OMG!!! This looks sooo much fun! I want this soo much!!!...

  • i got these at Urban Outfitters. It's pretty cool. I am going to buy another set from your site.

  • @kinzz97 Cool!

  • u rock vat19!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i thought it was gonna spell out vat19 :P

  • thanks vat19! you rock!

  • you used all 216 for this?

  • @skate4life630 ..Yes he did :P

  • WOAH I want those

  • easy got it on my first try

  • i had trouble with the N ans S Pole thing but i finally figured it out

  • This is probably the most complicated way I have seen this shape made

  • best quality vidio, apart the fact that this vidio is great, keep it up pal :)

  • Roll to confirm!

  • That's not a spherical shape, it's an icosahedral shape.

  • after that throw it at a wall

  • its MUCH easier to make it by connecting two of each of the 20 triangles into a 10 rhombuses and assembling each of those rhombuses into a "zigzag" formation and just roll it.

  • WTTFFFFFF THEEY ONKY REPEL EACHOHER

  • #3 check :D

  • These are awsome I'm gettin myself some

  • made it! So Cool!!

  • so they do have positiva and negative charges?

  • @booger92597 Yes!

  • @booger92597 If they didn't have positive and negative charges, it would either mean that they would just be small metal balls 'cuz they wouldn't be magnetic, or they would all be magnetic but they would all repel each other.

  • @booger92597

    they are magnets....

  • @booger92597 thats how magnets work....

  • @booger92597

Fucking magnets, how to they work?

  • @booger92597 No, they have a north and south pole. they are still a dipole magnet.

  • MAN this song is AWESOME

  • Icosahedron FTW

  • I think that dentd thinks that there are 220 buckyballs total, and 216 were used.

there is a total of 216 buckyballs in 1 pack. 180 buckyballs were used in this

  • What camera do you use??? THIS QUALITY IS FUCKING GREAT!

  • I think what DentD is saying is if you do the shape in the video with a set of 216 bucky balls, then fill in the centers of the triangles and the remaining holes formed at the edges, you will have 4 buckyballs left over. the shape explained in the video only uses 180 balls...

  • with the remaining balls you can fill up the holes!!!

  • you'll still have 4 balls left over...

  • that don't matters its just looks cool!

  • O_o I had 36 left over, I think your missing some or put to many on the thing lol.

  • @PatronSaint210 The shape only takes 180 magnets.

  • I know, that was to DentD's comment about only having 4 left over. You should have 36 left over.

  • @jipje44 after filling in all the hole i have 4 left.

  • @jipje44 That's what she said...

    :D

Seriously, these things are so fun. Doesn't have to be this company, but for the love of God, don't get a 5x5x5 set, get a full 6x6x6 set. Can't make these with 125 piece sets.

  • @jipje44 with holes looks more professional.

  • ITS A BUCKYBALL BALL!

  • it only took him 58 secoinds!

  • dude you are a buckyballs pro vat19com

  • Maybe I'm just impatient, but how the FUCK do you make even ONE if those small triangles? It always makes a circle, the balls are too magnetic.

  • @C00LMotion: take 9 of them in a line... then form the circle...

next step: force 3 balls to touch each to form 1 corner of the final triangle and then move the opposing 2 balls towards the middle and make them touch 2 balls each. You have to stabilize the triangle till you are sure that the corner balls touch their 2 neighbours - otherwise its unstable. Hint: Do it in your hands and not on the table to have more control about it...

  • @licht6977 thank you!!!

  • @C00LMotion make a circle, squeeze one side, it will make a sharp shape, squeeze the oposite site and you got your triangle.

    sry, its hard to explain.

  • i think its a quadrelaterhedron

(idk if thats real but it just sounds fancy)

  • Yeah, that doesn't exist. The shape in the video is called an icosahedron, or 20-sided polyhedron.

  • thats sick

  • yay! i finally did it! tip for people...if a triangle doesn't want to connect to another the way you want, don't just rotate it, flip it over. that will do the trick!

  • Yeh, i find that works when i use them

  • i just got some of these the other day they are really fun to play with... only takes about 3 minutes to put one of these spheres together once u have a little practice...

  • dodecahedron?

  • icosahedron

  • IDK i failed geometry...

  • AMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING!

  • i spent half'n' hour doing this pattern :(

    first try :D

  • i thought it was gonna be a star LOL

  • omg! that was so cool!

  • sickkkk!

  • kewl

  • Cuul

  • Kewel

  • kool

  • Cool
