The only thing I missed about sims 3 is you can not go into the restaurant and stores anymore like it jus hovers over the building like wat the heck? And when your sims are on a date you can not see what goes on in the restaurant. sims 1 date was the best.

this game hasnt been out for as long as the sims 2, but it still brings back so many memories! i got so frustrated because it was so hard to accomplish my sims overall goal, which was to become a rockstar. i had to get her promotions, she had to practice her guitar, AND i still had to do those little goals. Yeah, I wouldn't hold my breath for a PS2 version. The new Sims console game is said to be built from the ground up for next gen systems. In that case it isn't very likely it will be on PS2. It could, but the last few games have skipped PS3 and 360 so they are much more likely to make those platforms the main focus.

But on that note, the PC version is way better and always will be. There isn't anything they could do on consoles that could trump the PC one, other than online play perhaps.
