  • I wonder how the mill sweeps turning, because there are missing the flaps on it.

    So I think the whole thing is moved by a little Eletric-Motor.

    What a pity!

    It would be so easy to run the mill by wind, just put the flaps on the sweaps.The mill is constructed like a self regulating type, so there would be less to do.

  • Bircahm Windmill has alsways been very special to me and I have very fond memories of our visits whislt on Holiday in Norfolk. It's great to see the mill opearting again. A great video!
