Driver without music is like a pizza with no tomatoes and cheese. So for me the ps version is way better! It just aint the same thing driving around without any music.

Hard to choose...Both versions are good,so:

PSX(PS1):Awesome music,and scary(in the past,cops' wrecked fronts scared me) wrecked cops' fronts=)

PC:Better graphics,more understandable cop speech,real-time lights at night(only on my car,but I don't care about civils and cops))),and this version doesn't need any cheats.

My thoughts:

PC: Graphics look way more modern police voices seem out of place though.

PSX: Music and better police voices

PSX is better for the Buick Skylark but the PC more because you can change the car without codes of gameshark and something like that and you can change the engines too :)

PC version does have music,but it is on the disc as audio tracks.That's why you don't hear them.

I like both versions because it appears in a speedometer and textures are very good at change in another version of cars to fall over another or touching the bottom of your car goes flying car or as they say now makes a small glitch that I love:)

PC of course, it got speed meter below the map and a mirror above the game and has views which the PSX dont have.

oh yeah.... I like the PC version : 18 Car models to choose , The Cheats like Fast Cars and Freight Train and the graphics.

But it does not beat the GS cheats for driver PSX and the soundtracks! BTW the weather in the psx version like dawn and dusk take more time to get night or day , that makes the game more interesting! I only have the PC version , but the I prefer the PSX one!

i agree with DriverGear and i would add for the pc version that it has a speedometer, a Nitrous code,modification possibilities. the psx one has a more fun gameplay (roof jumping ;P ) and the soundtracks! (the piano one is my fav)

No, Project Challenger is, as of right now, PC only. If the creator has time, he MIGHT be able to get PSX models, but trying to decode PSX compared to PC is a lot harder then you might think it is.

Each version has it's own advantages. PC version - better graphics, PSX - Soundtrack and more interesting gameplay I guess
