Reviewing the 30% economic quota for Bumiputra by CSL is a good proposal. The economic quota should be in accordance with the percentage of Bumiputra Malaysian. If the percentage is 65%, then the 30% should be increased to 65%. That is a fair practice. Perkasa should raise this issue instead of defending the 30% quota.

Stop being kids, no one is questioning your constitutional rights. Scholarship quota is government policy. Non-Bumis is only asking for more scholarship to the deserving ones, not like you people, with Es and Ds you still get into public university.

Reality is that poor Non-Bumi also get scholarships and entry into local varsity. The Ds and Es were for rural Bumi. They are from small holdings and mostly are poor. Not enough money to send their children for tuition and even buying books unlike the non bumis who are more in urban areas and considered rich enough to sent their children for tuition etc. So the non tuition assisted Ds and Es are equivalent to the tuition assisted As and Bs. I think its fair.
