  • this is probably a dumb Q. but can you finish the ends with a cobra lanyard knot as long as you have enough cord left(without having to cut the cord)?

  • Fois job

  • Just like that. :P haha just messin. Good job man.

  • very cool but if you want to fit more para chord you should've weaved them through the hole of the handle and it might have even looked cooler. but still nice

  • Had Izulas for several years and just used this wrap for the first time. Worked great. I like to wrap my blade in masking tape ever since the uh....incident. :0) Haha.

  • Very clear demonstration, thanks!

  • how secure is that wrap? it looks like it'll slip nearer the blade.

  • @IDONTKNOW454 it's an ESEE Izula

  • watt kind of knife did u use in this viedo

  • That is beautiful!! :)

  • your videos are sick ....thanks to you im gunna buy a few rat izula's and wrap them up haha

  • Easily the best paracord handle maker online. Big ups to William.

  • This was a good wrap. Just a suggestion, if u wanted there looked like there was room for snare wire up the center of the wrap. What do u think ?

  • Put this on mine a few months ago. Still doin great. Thanks!

  • Great vid! Thanks.

  • Do you mean five feet of paracord total, or five feet of each color?

  • Wtf no one has that kind of knife handle

  • @rapsta30 it's a common handle, usually on neck knives.

  • tie a monkey fist on that thing and then you got it

  • the proper name is fishermans knot

  • @loku1125 No it's not a fishermans knot is way more complex that that LOOK IT UP

  • @tylerdurden1971 ok you fucking retard the knot he used to hold the tho cords together is called a fishermans knot

  • @loku1125 OK YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE SUCK MY FAT COCK!!!! i was thinking of the uni-knot wich is more complex and a way better knot so,PISS OFF!!

  • vry nice video dude. can't wait to try it thos on.

  • Very Nice looks cool too...

  • fisherman's knot...?

  • i really like and appreciate your videos on paracord wrapping. THANK YOU. i wish you had better explained that knot, at the beginning of this one, though. i'll watch it again and see if i can understand it.

  • i think you should wrap handle with extra cord and make lanyard one piece.

  • where do u get ur paracord?

  • dude that was so cool!!!!!!!!!!

  • what kind of paracord do u recommend to use for wrapping knife handles?

  • Well done. :)

  • Something to try: I heard that you can get a tighter wrap using wet paracord because the wetted paracord ends up stretching out more so when you wrap it tight stretched out then after it dries the paracord constricts some and what you get is a more tightly wrapped handle. I don't know first hand if this works that great but something to try on a rainy day. Great review man, keep em coming

  • i got the Izula in green and I love it and i wrapped it in black and green paracord using this wrap and it came out great. i get alot of comliments on the knife and the wrap. thanks alot for showing how to make a great knife look as good as it works.

  • I have been spending hours trying to make a perfect melt connection. Could you do a video on how to connect two chords by melting ?? I know it sounds easy, but its not~!

  • thank you!

After a few tries I got it down and the knife looks great.

    thanks a bunch.

  • When you cut a paracord, the inside 7 strand core comes out. what do I do to fix it?

  • @urkingod you cant its garbage

  • @oooMTBMTBooo I learned that you could just cut it while you are holding it up close to the end, then immediately melt it down. Easy! hahaha

  • @urkingod The trick is to cut the paracord on an angle so when you melt them you have more surface area to stick together while it's still melted

  • wot tip of knife is that

  • thanks for this williamcitting!!!!

  • wow that does look comfortable to use :D

  • that knot at the start of the vid is also called the single fishermans knot... random thought

  • Great tutorial and I love this wrap, but it doesn't work well on rounder handles.

I have a machete handle that needs a bit more grip and it's already rounded, so if you do this wrap it's a lot easier for it to become unraveled because the crossed part (where it comes to an X) can shift.

Your 360 wrap in the other vid fixes the shifting problem, but I don't like the feel. Would love something that stays in place and feels nice.

    Any suggestions?

  • take out the filament on your paracord.

  • thanks for the video too!

  • +1 to the figure of eight knot -it is suposed to be stronger

  • Excellent! I like this technique a lot. Thanks for the great video!

  • 5/5!

    I'm going to do that...

as soon as I can get my hands on an izula...

  • Well put it on the top of your knife purchase list...

  • And thanks for the shout-out, bro!!

  • No problem! I placed a link to your channel in the information box.

  • Beautifully done. I will likely use this technique for my Camillus Becker Necker. I currently have a very plain wrap, but this is much more attractive and should be quite comfortable too. Thanks for sharing!!

  • You have great vids! Perhaps you could post a vid of that? I'm picking up a Becker Necker soon and can't wait to try some wraps :)

  • Looks nice. You should have a separate channel just for all your Izula wraps. Keep 'em coming.

  • Err, I meant playlist.

  • I probably will make one right now!!!

  • Awesome job!

  • Thanks

  • I have done pretty much this same thing, however, I put the knot on the top of the handel, gives extra thumb grip, and the colors are different on each side.

  • Great Idea!!! I love using two different colors because it looks sooo cool.

  • That is f**king sick, dude!

    God, I need an Izula.

    ATF

  • I know!!! This is why I like the Izula sooooo much! Because it's customizable. I developed the wrapping method myself... I highly recommend investing in one. Thanks for the comment! I am uploading the next one right now.

  • I'm going to add that knife to the top of my list because of you. Seriously, it will be apart of my next order.

Sweet. I will stay on the Tube to watch it.
