I've never done any video editing before but what you have done here seems good enough for more videos. So i guess my only piece of advice would be to find more appropriate video clips to match the jokes from the skit.
Do you find it funny? If you do, then odds are others will as well.
I think its a good concept, but more effort into selecting the appropriate video segments to match the jokes from the skit could help (ie, pull from more dbz episodes). The dbz clip you chose for this matches the setting of the skit just fine, but the individual reactions to each joke in the skit could use some fine tuning.
