Hi Mac Nice door really effective i have found a way that makes the bottom ones open at the same time as the others, basically just place red stone underneath the stone that powers the middle pistons and it should work. :)

for, something you should build, how about a switch password locked door, (refrence the redstone minute with Luclin) I wanted a 8 switch password, the demonstration shows 3 switches, I ruined the whole thing trying to use 8 switches.

the delay is from ur redstone repeater, double check all of them and one of them is prob more clicked then the other one, u want the to all have the same thing, like u might have right clicked a repeader by accident
