the crash landing prolly could have worked if you slowed down before extending the flaps - that way they wouldnt jam in the first place. You touched down going waay too fast also I suppose. But great job in the sky!

Yeah, I found out that you can acually download this game from gamestops web site for only $15, btw, how do you get the multiplayer to work, i go to multiplayer, and it was server adress, what do i do
yes, very real simulation. Albeit the skid is not like most people think like slamming on the brakes, but if done properly you will decelerate a considerable amount in a short amount of time. Very tricky Maneuver to do without stalling, many hours in the seat to be able to naturally complete w/o stalling.
I do play under mailman17 once in awile. I play in FW 190 and can usually score kills in a quick run by diving, but after that, I cant dogfight well. I depend on a good first run the the MK 108 cannons.

Oh. Sorry didn't know that :D. And yes the Mk-108 is one powerful bitch! :D. In Pacific Fighters there's a plane called Ki-84c. It has 30 mm cannons on it's wings.
Goddamn when you pull the trigger the whole plane is shaking a little left and right. :D. And when you shoot the ground it makes a small explosion. All other guns just make dust clouds.
good job, don't want to sound like a smartass, but pressing shift/F1 will center the gunsight on that model. you can shoot more accurately, and it looks a little better. apologies if u knew that already.

BestBuy definetly sells under the name of IL-2 Sturmovik 1946. Gamestop should too. Or EB games if you still have on of those.

The FW 190 could also be fit with the 30mm cannon(MK 108), a weapon used to take down bombers in a couple impacts.

And the MK108 Cannon is the strongest in the game. One well placed shot will take out most fighters, and 2-4 will take out most bombers.

Yes I am aware the sound is a little weird. Im not sure why its scratchy. Probably volume too high. :(
