  • She doesnt understand supply and demand. Supply of dollars has increased.

  • @Robonza how long can the supply of dollars out of thin air continue? at everyone's expense But the super rich? from 1862 to 1890 us inflation went UP 0.2% Because them days us money was Real printed on gold n silver reserves by a Real us gov the ppl chose te good old day? OF COURSE when america Was the land of the free run by real americans who put americans interest first different from today? like day n night

  • @polygamous1 Exaclty right and that's why it is so easy to make money, trading on stupidity in Washington. I have never had such and easy time. The longer this lasts the better. After the big collapse I will have to find a new game or hopefully just retire. If Ron Paul gets in I may have to sell my metals too.

  • The Russian ban on grain exports after the forest fires last year hasn't helped either. It's a boon for grain growers in Australia though.

  • 40 + Million on food stamps in the U.S. Subsidised consumption paid for by currency printed out of thin air! Simples!

  • The excess speculation she's talking about comes from bad monetary policy, money printing. You can have constant consumption/production, but more money chasing the same amount of goods will yield higher prices. It's nothing but looting by the government-corporate partnership, with generous help from the Fed, i.e. free money for the corrupt few. You want to stop this, you turn off the Bernanke spicket, raise rates. No need for some brilliantly complicated regulation/subsidy plans.

  • I don't understand how, with steadily increasing population, the Indians and Chinese are consuming less? And she even says that consumption PER CAPITA is down? Are they losing weight??? Also, the poor harvests in India and Russia have hurt supply (or is that SINCE this interview took place...)

  • @Survive2Day yes .about400 million go on protien deficient diet.in india alone as per my gusstimate.

  • I don't understand how, with steadily increasing population, the Indians and Chinese are consuming less? And she even says that consumption PER CAPITA is down? Are they losing weight???

  • You getting hungry yet...cause food is going away baby!!!!@@@@@

  • together we stand divided we fall and thats how the elite like it.they just pump and dump over and over and people really think its just by chance cause they are too dumb to see the truth

  • Or maybe because the tree huggers demand corn be used for ethanol. I say lets eat the corn and the eco-wackjobs can just bite me!

  • The last patent the Baal boys want is YOU! the chip (a modern sigil) inplanted that can harvest and regulate your life energy! (soul / seal).

  • @funkhausen ...VVTF....interesting....

  • Why did she not mention the devaluation of the currency in which the grains are priced? The US dollar and all major currencies are in a race towards devaluation for multiple reasons. I agree with her statements about supply and demand...the speculators are playing grains much like they are playing oil or gold to not be in currencies that are losing value...

  • it is because the prices are so high people cannot afford to eat , why do you check out the starvation statistics

  • All we need to do is to avoid speculation, stop interests and shut down completely the financial sector of the economy, which do not produce anything but artificial commodities prices leading directly to some people's death.

The market people cannot and will never understand THEY are the problem. There is nothing common between them and the people.

Crash is right now. US currency has lost over 94% of it's value since the FED is there. If this is not a crash, I wonder...

  • put quite simply, the world is overpopulated. there is less and less usable farm land every day because of overuse and environmental changes. we don't have the resources to continue to feed a population that may reach 10 billion. we have already reached the end of cheap oil, and we may have already hit peak oil production. we are also facing current and future water shortages in many parts of the world. without clean water to water your crops with, there is no food.

  • @cvcdgftr7676545 Are u a eugentist, transhumanist

  • @mikeoli i'm a demon

  • 5:00

Define what a 'Hungry Person' is, cause im hungry every 5 hrs.

  • this woman is in every second real news vid

  • weet is traded 16 times before arrives on the table.

  • What I don't get is: why does "betting on the prices" drive the prices? The banks aren't buying rice, as it's been explained. they're betting on the prices and those are determined by supply and demand.

  • food prices aren't rising, i can get a 20lb bag of rice for 9 dollars after tax. how is that rising, adjusted for inflation that's like .30 cents a pound. the evidence does not support her theory. read, milk, meat, they are all cheaper than they were even 10 years ago. if you look around you will find the deals and understand it's a time of excess and discount

  • When fat americans run out of money for big macs, they will turn to eating goldman sacs employees.

  • @MuammarAlGathafi

    best post ever

  • @MuammarAlGathafi "i'll have a Big Sach combo with fries and coke please..."

  • What's being discussed is being misdiagnosed. Ms. Ghosh is not making a distinction on the types of commodities being spiked. I argue that the specific commodities which have and will see the greatest increase in pricing are those commodities used by the rest of the world, and not the US. In main, rice was ambushed because it feeds 80% of the "undesirables" of the world... who in the Western world eats any significant quantities of rice? This is a starvation strategy. Wake up.

  • @Ranger4564 In addition, Ms. Ghosh is absolutely right that the price of commodities rose at the time of the banking crisis... same reason the oil price rose... so that those who lost money could sucker people into another bubble, to recoup some of their losses. It worked both times. And guess what... they're doing the same thing right not with the stock markets. The recent uptick in the stock indeces is not a real "recovery", it's a real conspiracy to steal more money from more suckers. :/

  • Every thing that 10 people consume is a profit for 1 person alone. Need massive transformation. Going forward it will belong to working class and good bye elitists.

  • Right wing - Left wing same stinking bird, and the illuminists are the pilot, time to bring this sucker down worldwide... banksters first but not the last by no means.

  • We are as close to facsist as you can get. In fact WE ARE THERE!!!

  • Satan's minions are working overtime !

  • bussiness as usual!!

  • I am going to buy land and grow my own food. Be aware because after watching this video the government might want to control what you grow for yourself so they can make the rich much richer.

  • ah, global international capitalism. Starve the world to cover hedged losses with risky business only so you can rob a local people of all their savings. less food on one side, less property and savings on the other side, Goldman in the middle, and the people who need food can't just vote NO and not buy, they have to buy or they have to die.

Global trade should always be food for food or none at all in this market - this is evil to kill off brown people. Period.

  • The greedy don't care if the common man starves!

  • And food scarcity will follow, won't it?

  • @1Nyro apparent scarcity, the usual kind: make it look like there's lots of food around but price it so high you can't afford it and if you steal $10 to stop starving you'll get 50 days in jail or more.

  • @jerzyguy29, the promlem is lack of government, weak government or the government controlled by corporations like in US. strong governmnet is the answer not the promlem, yes I know this doesnt fit into the neo liberal narritive we're bombarded with but you know it's true

  • Millions of people from countries across the world have begun to wake up to the very real threat of repressive and engineered Globalism, or what the financial elite and the politicians who work for them often refer to as The New World Order. The movement against this centralization of economic and social power has gained traction in nearly every sphere, to the point where even the mainstream media has been forced on occasion to acknowledge its existence and prevalence

  • @KamikazeKoscki hey hey how yah doing! don't you love this mass awakeing going on! i heard that 20% of north america needs to wake up to stop this, oohh i want to see this though. this is frightening & but yet exciting. well without anymore interuptions... RELEASE THE KRAKEN!!

  • @KamikazeKoscki

It depends how you look at it. Globalization in itself is a good thing, like government for example. Although they can be a force for evil, they are usually a force for good.

A united states of america works better than each state on its own. The same metaphor can be used for all nations. One planet, one people, no?

Micio Kaku says it best imo:) Youtube search: "Michio Kaku about future civilization"

  • @TheSaltyAdmiral I have not seen a force of good in globalization on anything. Not arms manufacturing, not overseas wars, not global food trade, not global out-sourcing, it's all evil all the time. One planet, one poeple? HELL NO. Lots of people, lots of choices, NO SINGLE RULE, NO WORLD GOVERNMENT.

  • Thank you, sharing.

  • Ditto what nly8nchz

  • Playing with the lives of people all across the world and conditioning their survival on profit margins - typical capitalist thinking.

  • For fucks sake, could someone exhume Abraham Lincoln, He made speculation a capital crime, and he executed those found guilty, that penalty did deter all those speculators, however this new USA government promotes speculation call it capitalism , and uses it to to detriment all their citizens, anyone for $ 10.00 gall. gas. ?

  • These hooligans seriously believe that if you cannot afford food then you should die. Capitalism has reached the point that it would fair to compare it to naziism.

  • Grain consumption is down, but she doesnt mention that meat consumption is up and meat takes 3 times more resources to produce than veg/grain etc, So these skinny Indians should stop eating meat so we can have more fat ass western food :-)

She also say Supply is voiatile but around a stable trend? WTF??

  • @yearight1970 In other words it spikes --either ascending or descending sharply-- from time to time, but overall it keeps a steady rise or decline over time.

  • @yearight1970 supply can be volatile and the trend can be stable. for example, if the price fluctuates 40% during the year for the past ten years, but the price increases every year by 5%, then the trend is stable while the price is not.

  • by 2030 earth will be over populated and we'll all starve. this may be the beginning of tht

  • @purpleSun6292 except that overpopulation isn't the cause of this, rather the behaviour of certain multinationals, as the video argues.

  • @NicosNicosNicosNicos Ok, I was hasty in saying that!! The video interviewee does concede it may be partially a related factor.

  • @purpleSun6292 you ought to try researching something before shooting off, the world is not and will be no where near overpopulated even in 20 years

  • @Lily2U1515

ur the one who needs to do the research. it common knowledge tht many countrys are beginning to run out of food surpluses and more importantly water resources

  • It is a fact that IF the prices of food goes up without an actual Inflation, then the Demand has gone up while the Supply is in trouble.

The lady is right about the manipulation in the futures market of the commodities. But if you look at the food consumption of China and India in the past 3 decades, you have to be blind to say that the food consumption hasn't gone up in those areas.

  • "We're not doing enough- to make fossil fuels for our factory farms materialize out of thin air so we can feed our suicidally over-shot population." No - I kid the Indian lady! This is a fantastically interesting video.

  • just as i guessed from the start of this video. rising food prices? food = commodity . along with the devaluation of the dollar and massive inflation, poor returns would be coming from america so people who where smart, generally i would say leave america and goto commodities. which is food oil gold. like the lady starts to say at the 6:00 mark. american involvement in the markets are making things go up when they shouldnt, good example is this food that is going up.

  • time to start the killings...

  • another TRNN video about economics that went waaaayyyy over my head. so economies are being manipulated by the elite to their own benefit...i get the overall gist, but HOW are they doing this?

someone please complete this sentence using only layman terms: "big fatcat investor takes his money and does____________"

(any answer that includes words like "speculation" or "bubble" will still be way over my head)

  • @sheepblitzer Basically big fatcat investor takes his money and tells a lot of farmers: I buy all of your next harvest for X dollar. X dollar is about as much money as the farmers earned in this years harvest, so they agree.

When next harvest arrives, no farmer can sell food, and BFI only sells at double prize, so the prices double. BFI pays the farmer X dollar and still makes X dollar himself, because he dictates prizes now.

  • @BusterXXXL thank you so much lol. it all makes sense now

  • Brazil is one of the largest food exporters on earth, and yet they have children starving to death everyday. Prosperous countries and people homeless on the streets(I was one of those homeless people at one time)... THIS is what the global fascists get off on... THEY make money, and WE die. The Rothschild family alone could wipe out the entire US national debt(for example) with the stroke of a pen, they are THAT rich! People have no idea how enslaved we really are!

  • @tony93666 quite true. Elitest, this rich banking dynasties rule the world behind the scenes. We need a revolution against these eugenicist scum.

  • @tony93666

Umm Bill Gates (Richest man alive, well perhaps second now) is worth $53 billion

    Us debt > $12 trillion

    Facts are stubborn things.

  • @andrewclunn - and THEY recruited Gates into Bilderberg. Or is Bilderberg not a 'fact'?

  • @andrewclunn bill gates is a puppet of propaganda specialites who create tools for spying on people.

and he his not the richest man ,rothchild ,rockefeller ,the morgans are,but since they dont want you to know ,you think its the puppet gates.

look into the secret society people and you will find out whos the richer man

  • @tony93666 Got a citation for that claim? Didn't think so.

  • @mspookie - "Craig J. Mundie, Chief Research and Strategy Officer, Microsoft Corporation" - Bilderberg May 14-17, 2009(in Greece) official attendee list. Fax from Maja Banck-Polderman, Bilderberg Executive Secretary

    - any other questions, brainiac? what, you think we just make this shit up? THEY are the ones that have to lie & manipulate... the TRUTH is the TRUTH.

  • @tony93666 as long as a slave can keep their eyes closed to their plight they will. That way they can deny it and not have to fight against it. The sheeple choose their fate, it's those who are aware of their plight and fight against it that have the chance of victory over these demons.

  • @weazz You're not doing shit. You're just a keyboard activist. Go spew your propaganda somewhere else.

  • Elite: killing of everyone else by wars, starvation, depressions, disease, etc. They could care less what happens to those they see as "cattle".

  • False flag operations are covert operations which are designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities. The name is derived from the military concept of flying false colors; that is, flying the flag of a country other than one's own. False flag operations are not limited to war and counter-insurgency operations, and have been used in peace-time; for example during Italy's strategy of tension.

  • I see global unrest coming.

  • She is right that the commodities/futures markets have been corrupted to a point where they no longer any sort of accurate picture of that said commodity, and yes the big banks are responsible.

She is not correct that food isn't in crisis. Production levels and food storage especially are low. They barely maintain our current needs. Any sort of large weather shift or natural disaster can and will cause some major shortages.

The bankers aren't idiots, they are evil opportunists.

  • Monsanto/GMO has an interesting solution to the food shortage problem. Farmers commit suicide as soon as they can no longer afford the Franken-seed.

  • @seseljsrs lol gmo's are just more control of the foods and patents. they dont give a shit about you just like the fda . hydroponics is the solutions for food for everyone. there is plenty of food for the whole world x10. the elite keep it at the levels they are now because of control and keeping countrys on there needs. and reminding your fat ass what your taxes are for ;)

  • @yourboycal One of the few points for which I applauded European (EU) policy was resistance towards GMO. But that was long before it extended membership to US bitch colonies like Bulgaria which are horrible violators of that same policy, and also importing food from FYROM and Albania (even worse violators).

Then, I read of Bayer (yes the drug manufacturer) developing GMO rice - undoubtedly intended for 3rd world markets. What shameless cheaters. The nerve.

  • @seseljsrs lol mother fucking bayer, i got a video fthere aids contaminated products they knowingly shipped out . nobody cares =*(

  • @seseljsrs is it normal rice or the kind that produces drugs, like corn has, for extraction? There's even some that turn sugar into plastic for harvesting, as an experiment. I bet that one got loose in the wild too. Funny coincidence that and people complaining of "morgellons". I'm betting its a viral infection carrying a set of genes meant to sequence sugars into plastics meant for plants, picked up by soil bacteria using lateral gene transfer.

  • Comment removed

  • @yourboycal hydroponics cost energy which means transmission upgrades for grids, consumption of fuels, land consumed for power generation. The Bloom Box gives some good hope about wireless transmission of power from fuel cells but even so, that's still fuel consumption. If you're replacing sunlight, while we still have use of it, that may not be the smartest replacement for sustainability.

  • @seseljsrs thankfully there is such a thing as a Seed Bank and I think Monsanto Seeds do not qualify for entry. They are remote, however. Maybe trying to start another one is a good plan.

  • In a true free market system, demand correlates well with consumption. We do not have free market system. Speculation is not an element of a free market system (demand>consumption). Government is not an element of a free market system (consumption>demand). "Corporate personhood" is not part of a free market system.

  • @kmarinas86 best comment ive read in days.

  • @kmarinas86 speculation is an element of every system in which we face a future and the future is not certain.

  • This is so shocking!!! Some claim that in free market environment, without any regulations, people can and will control or correct themselves when something goes wrong, is this the way they do it? This is not fair. How can people make profits out of food/water and make a living for themselves?

  • @vikramtheone We don't have a free market. We didn't have have an actual free market during the Regan years. Actual free markets don't have set interest rates. We don't have Capitalism either. We have a form of debtism. Capitalism is based on capital (savings).

  • @sirellyn but capitalism is also based on investments and investments rely on returns so returns imply debts and interest, as they are always forward looking, speculative, as is much in life. Even crossing the road or walking to a store expecting, hoping not to get robbed, is speculation.

  • @ytgv3fc7 Yes to all your points. I'm saying to have a focus on capitalism would be a focus on capital (savings). Thus the measure of performance is on the aforementioned savings.

Currently savings is considered "nice" but not important by most, and debt is considered nearly mandatory.

I'm saying our current zeitgeist is towards debtism (lots of debt = good) vs capitalism (lots of capital = good).

Balance is created in the latter, imbalance is created in the former.

  • lol at anyone arguing about left/right politics... banks, corporations and wallstreet dont care which side youre on theyll milk you both dry

  • @djdnauk1977 That's because they're the real right wing.

  • @djdnauk1977 YUP EQUAL OPPORTUNITY..THEY DONT CARE ALL ABOUT GREED..!!!!!!!!!!!sorry if i yelled

  • I am soooo sick of the wallstreet type people out there. They are destroying the world sector by sector.

  • @CodisOmodis you mean raping sector by sector of the world

  • grain hoarding and usery is a old game jews used to play in germany in the early 20th century. one reason why they were so hated by the common people back then.

  • @happosai27

what a suprise that goldman sachs is doing the same thing via wallstreet today ^^

  • @happosai27 Why is that relevant here? Because it seems the discussion is about the manipulation of markets by economic speculators.

  • @lhooq21

exactly ^^ its just the same old thing

  • @happosai27 but now system is set up and played why beyond 'grain hoarding' example. Speculation by the market is changing the market. Prices are increasing regardless of supply and demand. Isnt that what Ghosh is saying?

  • @lhooq21

oh yes. the stockmarket became a casino for the rich. just like written in "the protocols of the elders of zion" over 100 years ago

  • @happosai27 OK Who drank all the koolaid? The anti semitic conspiracy theory ? 'Protocalls for BS' !!! That was shown to be plagiarized from political satire unrelated to Jewish people and spread around Russia around 1903? You see, what your doing is a DISTRACTION from the real discussion.

  • This is a true video.

Food prices have been a big strain on food producers, distributors, outlets.

  • Leftist ideals are to regulate.

  • @1commentking too bad they werent implemented on the banking industry or dozens of other powerful corporations, lots of people would be out of poverty

  • @1commentking RIGHT WINGNUT IDEAS ... IF IT ISN'T NAILED DOWN STEAL IT..................... IF IT CAN BE STOLEN .. STEAL IT . I HAVE BECOME DEATH THE DESTROYER OF WORLDS.... I SUPPORT THE SCUM OF THE WORLD THE PARASITES THE GOLMAN SACKS OF THE WORLD

  • @Livefreerevolution all Nazis are right wing, not left wing. Get your history right. It's not left wing to make a Master Race by Genocide. You can pretend it is and I know if you're American you've been BRAINWASHED to believe it's left wing. It's right wing and good ol' Bush Sr and HIS father were great fans of Nazis. GOOD FRIENDS.

  • @ytgv3fc7 you moron statist lefitst nazi's are NOT right wing you fool. get your political spectrum RIGHT you indoctrinated serf. its sheeple like you that are ignorant STATIST NAZI / SOCIALISM / LEFT ... LIBERTY / FREEDOM RIGHT ... bush has nothing to do with reality of STATIST NAZI LEFT you tool ... you get your head outta ur ass before you make foolish comments ... idiot

  • @Livefreerevolution Nazi's were socialisits in name only, in practise they were right wing facists. Just like here in Australia the conservitive party is called the Liberals.

Far right - Bussiness runs goverment. - Hitler.

Far letf - Government runs bussiness - Stalin, Mao

In reality there was not much difference, they were both absolute dictatorships that used the state as their own private play thing.

  • @Tapecutter59 WRONG facists are NOT right wing. you too need to get a clue on political spectrum. far LEFT hitler which began as a facist state in germany. don't you even realize what you are saying? STATISM = FACISM, SOCIALISM, COMMUNISM which is LEFT on the political spectrum.

  • @Tapecutter59 FAR RIGHT is Anarchy which if sheeple removed their heads from the asses and stopped being sheeple would be ultimate ... moderate RIGHT is REPUBLIC ... ALL OTHERS ARE LEFTIST / STATIST FORMS OF GOV

    watch?v=DioQooFIcgE

  • @Livefreerevolution Incorrect,,,,far right is totalitarianism.. far left is anarchy.

  • @huskerbird1 birdbrain1 you are soooo ignorant for you to say that shows what a COMPLETE troglodyte you are. LEFTIST / STATIST / LIBLOONS = NAZI HITLER / STALIN / OBAMOA ... get your head surgically removed from your asshole ...

  • @Livefreerevolution short and sweet........idiot. your head obviously doesnt have to be removed surgically, in and out so much it moves freely.

  • @huskerbird1 birdbrain the only thing short is your manhood and your mothers pussy that i f*cked so hard last night is sweet ... btw you mother moves arond freely like a whore!

of course you are unable to challenge me with any intellect so your mindless comment again gets shut down ... troglodyte

  • @Livefreerevolution Wow!!!, your a necropheliac? I wouldnt be so brazen as to admit that.... How'd you get to it? must have been fun.

  • @huskerbird1 you are birdbrain1 ... stupid comment

  • @Livefreerevolution Well, I'm fifty yrs. old smart guy. your a complete moron, no education and commenting? what a loser...

  • @Tapecutter59 You are absolutely correct. Orwell hated both.

    1984= fascism

    Animal farm =communism.

BOTH are very bad, and destroy individual freedom.

  • @Tapecutter59 THE DIFFERENCE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE IS .............. THAT WE GET TO SAY HOW THE GOVERNMENT IS RUN ........ IF ........ THE POLITICIANS AREN'T BOUGHT OFF BY THE CORPORATIONS ........ AND THE IDIOTS LIKE LIVECORPORATENOREVOLUTION JUST DELUDE THEMSELVES THAT THEY ARE NOT CORPORATE TGAGGED AND SWALLOW

  • @ytgv3fc7 also to remember the coup detat on the white house in 1953 by prescott bush .even samuel bush (US rail raod) as been involve in bad stuff.

swatzeneger( nazis family) the pope (nazis family) AIPAC ( nazis related)

in fact since the WW2 we have good reson to beleive that the 4rth reich is establishing in USA.( obama in charge) youth brigade(nazis tactic) propaganda tactic (news ,tv,pannels radio, the net) ty for goebbels

  • @Livefreerevolution Please leave mkdelta69 alone. And from here on out refer to him as " Spanky ".. He is my monkey and I am trying to break him of his nasty Progress Liberal rantings. He is not yet house broken and still believes Goldman Sachs has some kind of connection to testicles. Do not msg him, he is a trolling, possessive monkey that will fill your box with insane rantings. Thank You..

  • @ProudFreeAmerican BAWAHAHAHA funny stuff my friend!

  • @1commentking leftist democrazy ideals have been and always will be about 'enslavement' or in modern day terms 'regulate' ... their KKK mantra has never changed its just amazing the idiot sheeple dependants are unable to see it

  • @1commentking Rightist leave corporations free except when they lose money then they use taxpayer money to bail out connected corporations.

  • read the article about goldman sachs in the rolling stones magazine. if there was a death star, goldman sachs would be in charge of it. in the article they talk about exactly same thing that GS have helped to create with the oil bubble of 2008. and tech bubble, and upcoming cap and trade bubble.

  • Every episode of this "Real News" is so hardcore left. But if you actually watch the one where they interview a libertarian, the host gets completely owned.

  • @andrewclunn

    get over it.

The right is wrong. An example: leftist ideas have kept the internet intervention free from large private corporations so far- which is why you're able to talk about people getting "owned".

    Think

  • @andrewclunn only in your eyes

  • people should quit eating poison GMO corn...most americans rather grow a lawn rather than a garden...people better consider feeding themselves healthy food rather than poisoned produce from monsanto

  • I am a big Ghosh fan now that you've brought her to my attention. I hope she is a permanent regular.

    Thanks!

  • biggest food crime is monstanto!!!! this company is full of scum and scam! shame on the nwo, they kill kill kill and kill HUMANITY MUST RAIS UP! WAKE UP ALL!!!

  • @Prohumani google "king corn" and check out that docu....

    peace

  • i personely think ,people still eat to mutch .

obesite is the biggest pandemic and the most dangerous .

if only half the US population could loose 50 pound of weight each .we could be on a better path.

400 000 thousand american dies every years due to obesity .

so leave the food paranoia away and focus on loosing weight .

with 360 million of population americans weigth more then china ,india population combine. maybe we could save fuel ,and many other medicare spending.

    then audit the fed

  • @featherian some obesity is from under-feeding of particular nutrients. The body makes one seek what tastes right to seek the nutrients but they are gone. The food is tainted. Some are tainted with growth hormones to make fat pigs and cows. These go right into you and make you fat like a farm animal. If you are American, you have been poisoned most of your life, like being plugged into the Matrix and your life is to Feed The Machine, the Goldman Sachs machine.

  • @ytgv3fc7 something to remember the size of a regular sizes fries today ,is a big sizes 30 years ago.i basicly mean that the more we put in the plate of a human the more he eats, therefore since 1968 the size of food portion as tripled minimum and the amount of calories as gone up like everest mountain.all that with less exercise and activities get the people sick ,in long term its a desaster a pandemic declared by WHO in 1998

  • @ytgv3fc7 to put little more in the world 800 million missing food and 1,3 billion obese.

imagine that in USA the compagny that make car seat for kids ,got to make bigger seats for the kids from 1to 5 years . they need to make seats capable of supporting 80 pounds.

even ford Gm chrysler ,had to agree on a new drink support size in a car.

they could not beleive that a human been could drink 1,5 liter of cocacola while driving.

    but they did it .

think big ,super size me .

  • Ms. Ghosh is your best guest by far, thanks for your presentations!

  • This is what capitalism does.

  • @PersianPaladin

Incorrect. This is what artificially regulated capitalism does. Big difference. Not defending or damning capitalism, just pointing out that it is not the system of capitalism (which is certainly as flawed as any other economic system) which is creating most of our problems today. Don't fall for the spin by those who have caused this debacle and now seek to add MORE regulations, the very root cause to begin with, as a way to FIX the system. joke.

  • @Eraser7622 international capitalism has no such regulations. you are not paying attention. International food trade & capitalism is immune to national regulations as they can keep moving from nation to nation at any time. It's Buy or Die when it comes to food - nations have no option to say No. Your right-wing nut-bar argument for deregulation is full of Epic Fail.

  • @ytgv3fc7

You're so out of touch with reality that arguing with you would only hurt your little brain, as evidenced by your necessity of reducing the argument to name calling. Anybody who would call somebody else a right-wing nut-bar is either a) a troll, b) a left-wing nut-bar, or c) an parrot.

If you think for a red-hot second that food trade is a free and open international market where the same power structure that runs the world's nations isn't at play, you're honestly ill equipped.

  • @Eraser7622 you mean I'm the smartest person you've EVER had any conversation with in your LIFE.

I just called it how it is and the facts are the facts.

  • @PersianPaladin no this is what Facism does..we dont have capitalism we have government /corporate facism....their is no FREE TRADE ..its all controled by big corporations..who use the goverment to protect them and stifle capitalism...what we have is "soft Nazism"/Nazism Lite"...which ever term you prefer...

  • @centervilletn Fascism is the end result of Capitalism every time. This is all Free Trade ever could be. Restricted Trade and Restricted Markets are the only way to stop this. Not "regulated" but FLAT OUT RESTRICTED - you get too big, you control too much, you cease to exist as a company. All assets seized, distributed evenly across the market. Period. You win the Special Lottery.

  • the question is...whats too big?

  • @centervilletn easy reversal to find the answer: when is the level of dishonesty becoming damaging to the economy? measure the past problems, accounting frauds, frauding investors, making low quality goods / services for customers, and that's the size maximum. Cut from there.

  • @PersianPaladin Free trade and inflation.

  • @PersianPaladin

It's not capitalism, but the criminals who control the systems that are causing it.

We really need to start growing our own food at home if we've got any land at all, and this is probably the ONLY way that we'll be able to offset the ridiculously rising costs of food.

Drop a couple cherry trees or apple trees out back by the garage...it'll be a while before they bear fruit, but at least you'll have done some pre-planning for the future...

  • @666norton420 publicly owned corporations in CANADA do AMAZING things. They're some of the best the world has ever seen for keeping people ALIVE AND WELL. Profits are not top priority, human safety is.

  • @ytgv3fc7 i'm not sure what you're referring to, but they all suck. private corps are the way to go. i mean, i know that public corps behave themselves better here then say the US, as their regulations have been gutted, but here they're still money chasing whores.

would you like me to send you a copy of my bills with all the "secret" charges? lol

they rape you no matter which country you're in.

    ;d

  • This has nothing to do with banks. People have speculated on next years crops since the dawn of agriculture. Yes India and China are eating less grain because they can afford to eat more meat than they did 20yrs ago. A bowl of meat costs six bowls of grain to grow.
