This isn't the 1st team training ground. Yes it's carrington. But what your looking at here is the academy training ground. 1st team are on the other side of the building your in now. "the grass side" This is the astroturf pitch used by academy and reserves only.

it's defenitely much better than bayern munich's stupid. This is a complex, features 14 pitches, a huge building which has everything a player needs and an indoor pitch. It's defenitely one of the best in the world, however i dont know if it's better than Chelsea's because they also invested huge amount of money on their ground in Cobham
i play there im in the academy its not firtst team but the facilities are sweet aren't they
