  • i love the guda! oh, and the dried orange cranberries!

  • I love Trader Joe's. It doesn't have everything I need but close to it. I do about 70% of my shopping there. It is VERY inexpensive compared to Whole Foods or the big supermarkets.

The quality of the food, especially the Trader Joe's brands is excellent. The produce is top of the line and they offer some organic produce as well. An example of how good their prices are: "Trader Joe's Organic Three Grain Tempeh" 8 0z. pckg. $1.69.

  • I worked at trader joes for over a year, it is NOT a health food store, it does have healthy food as does every supermarket. Frozen food is good better than most other stores, yet it is expensive, and high in fat, very high in fat. The produce is the bottom of the barrel, thats why a lot of it is so cheap, they buy it last minute, the stuff the sellers cant get rid of. The amount of time people return produce cos it goes off is ridiculous.

  • trader joe's is effing expensive and if you tell yourself it's like a health food store you're gonna get FAT. also a lot of times meat and cheese sits out a long time depending on how things are that morning. only get that stuff to use it same day... i know that they will give you a refund if you insist but after a half dozen times it's just not worth the trouble to save bad meat to bring back to the store. i will admit, best automatic dish soap in the world. their only worthwhile product,

  • mini beef tacos and much more

  • I enjoy the Raspberry Lime Sparkling Water.

  • I love their Spicy Lentil Wrap and their Essential Greens Veggie juice.

  • hey handsome

  • anyone have any advice for me. I want/need to get a job at trader joe's like my heart needs to beat! I know its competitive but i wanna cut through all the other jokers and stand out.. i dont have any real retail experience but i DO have over 10 years of customer service and food service experience (i.e Subway)..I'm not shy when I work but i freeze up during interviews even though i prepare thoroughly for them..any inside info u could give me would be much appreciated! handing in my app today.

  • @chino0019 heres some advice...aim higher

  • so many favorites! i do love their fresh spicy salsa.

  • I never heard of Trader Joes before. I wish there was one near me. I'm trying to eat healthy but the crappy stuff is so gosh darn easy.

  • I go to the Culver City one i like a lot of their products but because they seem to sell based on the season you only see some products a few times a year like the tomato free corn salsa is not longer for sale or the clementines which i love a lot of their stuff is cheaper than normal stores..i am a huge fan only thing is they use plastic containers to package their pricey season fruit like peaches atm.

  • I'm a recent convert to TJs. They're great! Their Mac & Cheese is delicious, as is their Pizza Parlanno. Their soda is made with actual sugar, not that high fructose corn syrup crap. Imagine that! The orange creme soda is really good. I haven't tried their root beer or cola yet. Oh, and their organic corn flakes are really good, too.

  • I remember one of my classmates when I went to Oakland High did his Physiology project on Trader Joe's. He mentioned that they were mostly in the richer neighborhoods which cause people of lower income areas in Oakland to buy fattier foods from Liquor Stores and ultimately makes people in those neighborhoods more obese.

  • I love Trader Joe's, I go there all of time.

  • I'm a gr8 trader's joe Fan, the couples of stores they have in NYC are always crowded

I would say that Trader Joe is the kind of Anti Walmart. A Co. that give it employees decent salaries and benefits (same can be said in some way of Costco)

As for my favorite products I love the granola bars and trail mix

Man I can eat pounds of those

At trader joes not only their employees are friendly but even customers

  • i absolutely love TJ,s......i absolutely love their Sparkling French Lemonade, Fish Nuggets and Whole Wheat Tuscan Pane Bread.

I am a bit suspicious as to where they manufacture their products.......i have long suspected they use Mexico as their base to manufacture their(TJ) products. This is why i believe they have such competitive pricing of many of their products.
