Gotta say this is one of my favorite videos ever seen on Youtube. The song choice is just epic (love the song and found this while browsing the full versions of it) and I love Mushi-Shi which introduced me to the song. The video is very nicely done, not of a quality I'd expect of an expert animator making an original video, but for splicing cinematics from something not designed for it I'd have to say it's one of the better ones I've seen. the song sounds so peaceful but then you hear "i lived off rats and toads and i starved for you. i faught off giant bears and i killed them too" ... the guy loves her a lot...kinda sweet i guess. funny though this song always gets me so calm and centered. everything seems worth it and happy....that sounds corny but....ITS TRUE! Well, it is a little odd, but I see it like this... He is searching for his Love, trying to reach her, but he has nothing else, and the world is not easy, so he'll even steal things, and fight off wild animals, to be able to keep searching for her.
