The thing that I find weird is that at the beginning of the seasons, Jack and Sam used to call each other using their first name very often. And later, they stick to Sir and Major, finding really awkward to use their names (see 7x13 Grace, when Sam calls him „Jack at the end and hes all „Excuse me?! *blink blink* )
Thanks glad you liked it. It's the same with any will they/won't they tv relationship, in season 4 they admit they have feelings for each other and then it's virtually dropped until Season 7 & 8, just an excusep you hanging on...

Yeah the symbiote doesn't have a sex, it's just seen as a woman in the past because it's previous host was a woman :P
