    sadly, once again people talk out of their ass. Ofcourse a workout can be for cutting. There are more reps and less rest between sets. This keeps the heartrate up and makes you burn more during the enterie workout.

I'm not a huge guy, but i went from 140lbs to 230lbs naturally, 90lbs in 5yrs. Then i did a re-comp now i'm 210lb w/ visible abs. I'm just pointing out the shirt and his build don't match. yes dat shirt is 4 da ROIDZ

  • its not OT because you see, the shoulder is basically made up of 3 muscles. some of these exericises only target one or the other...so..its technically not overtraining

  • 18 sets for shoulders isn't OT. You use your shoulders every day and in most movements. You need to hit them hard. I'm not sure if this was a shoulder/trap workout. I'd say no from the wider grip on the u. rows.

  • shouldn't be doing behind the neck presses, puts to much unwanted pressure on the rotator cuff and clavicle, just speaking from experience cause it fucked up mine, anyways keep it up man!

  • @sephiroth431 I disagree. People injury their rotator cuffs on BTN presses because they don't warm up their shoulders adequately and/or do too much low rep work and/or use poor form/go too low on each rep. If done correctly behind-the-head pressing is no more dangerous than any other shoulder movement - it just has a greater potential to be screwed up.
