it works well for about a year, then, mine started to upset me. I text a lot, and texting became real annoying because it is less responsive. But I drop it a lot, so it is very durable. Pics and vids are also awesome, but texting can get annoying because it is pressure sensitive. UI is unique and fun, but it gets old for awhile. But i think this phone is better than all of verizon's phones right now, except the new droid

I have this phone! Its pretty good. Texting could be better though. I would suggest the G1 or the Iphone cuz those seem alot better. The screen gets dirty VERY EASILY. Like alot of touch screen phones. Pretty good though i guess. Practice the texting! You have to get used to it. :]
