Yeah it's probably the Chiefs in Shambhala since the chiefs control the elements and weather, the elders might be with them but they would not be doing anything; mainly because the elders are in a state of constant divine unity. It would be the chiefs doing the work of shifting the planet into a higher frequency.
If you look at depictions of Shambala it looks very similar to how the earth was depicted to look like in the inner core in the video, with small clouds and a large circular dome leading out towards the outer atmosphere of the earth. They called it inner asia, and since asia really means the whole earth, it's very likely that this is where the chiefs and elders are.

Dr Phil Valentine the lecturer in the videos who described the Hollow Earth specifically said there have been people who ''visited'' the North Pole but never returned. No one is saying anyone and everyone has never gone there at all. If you look at depictions of Shambala it looks very similar to how the earth was depicted to look like in the inner core in the video, with small clouds and a large circular dome leading out towards the outer atmosphere of the earth. @tahitiwibble TranscendentalProdco doesnt have to prove it to you. They already KNOW because they did all the hard research and innerwork to prove it to themselves. If you want to KNOW for YOURSELF whether or not this is true then I suggest you get to work friend. And your gonna have to come up with something else besides that bullshit you learned in school.

Oh The HAARP will not be able to stop this coming shift of earth no way in hell can they stop it...they will get fried if they try to interfere with inner earth, I know they cant survive there anyways because the oxygen inside is most likely to powerful for them, the atmosphere is probably way too high in frequency for them to survive...thats why they dont talk about going actually to live inside the earth, they build bunkers underground instead...either way they will fail lol.

On point, they would burn up in the internal structure of the earth, because of the rising kundalini energy of the planet. Maybe that's what Elijah Muhammad referred to when he said Tamahu would be tossed into the lake of fire. Mother earth going to have a great thanksgiving come 2012. Can't wait till the Gods/Goddesses have the planet back to ourselves once again, it's been a long 6000 years.

We are in the times of Revelations, meaning to Reveal The Secrets, wich we are all apart of...this Hollow Earth is very very amazing when you think about it...I mean a world within a world isnt that something lol I bet there are millions of unknown creatures and beings living their aswell, I feel they will make themselves known really soon...it is the revealing after all.

Interesting. I never knew that the top of the globe had a big hole in it! I guess that's what the legend of Agartha was also talking about with a legendary city at the Earth's core. Maybe the white boy's tryna keep it closed off to the masses so that no one can have access to their secret area of refuge.

That's probably what their doing to get prepared for the coming shift, but it might be a death trap, because if the earth externally is having natural catastrophes, internally it has to be going through a transformation. The magnetic shift will effect the outside and the inside of the planet, so there's really no safe zone.

@TranscendentalProdco True. I guess this is what Bobby Hemmit was referring to with the Earth having it's Kundalini ready to rise as we enter the golden age after 2012. I wonder if HAARP has anything to do with the changes in the earth's magnetic field.

It's possible HAARP would have an effect, but little if any, the change in the magnetic filed of the earth is mostly do to the change in the sun magnetic field. That's true also, the earths Kundalini is rising up in consciousness, so their should be a whole lot of fire within the internal structure of the earth.
