This song is a part of their "Paranoia" series. This one in particular is about paranoia induced by movies. In Tablo's verse, he talks about a man who believes he's being followed. In Mithra's verse, a man feels he's being cheated on by his girlfriend.

Epik High's choice to create lyrics from linking movie titles is just icing on the cake. Pure genius.

Paranoia part 3 from album 2 is about people's paranoia induced by their guilt. They're pretty creepy if you understand Korean or have a translation in hand.

Paranoia part 1 from album 4 is sort of a one long narrative, told in three different perspectives about the same accident. This one, too, brings up a pretty chilling image.
