I'm convinced there is a market for this thing. I can't imagine it'd flat out catch fire and be the next Iphone, but who knows? Processors keep getting smaller and faster, so the base unit could be obsolete in a year possibly.
My pal that is into Robotics would Love this thing. He'd probably literally make a spider chassis for it to walk around in.

Prices aren't so bad.
$299 for the base unit
$99 for the LCD
$69 for the camera
(there's more on Engadget)
Considering the flexibility, it's not a bad price..
