@Jackxismine *cloths , and because he's just blocking in the animation, it saves alot on render and animation and modeling time if you do it with out clothes at this stage.
@NickBlackDIN: I take a computer class were i can learn to make 3D stuff... its so much fun!! thanks 4 ur comment and all (i just felt like saying that. i now how long it takes to render stuff its so unbelievable boring,deepens on how much detail is in it and all) like there is this kid that sits right by me and he is so good at this Rhino 4.0 stuff (I'm good at it too but not as great as he is) he made this cool classic car and a tank destroying it) it tuck like an hour or more 2 render.
kind of a silly question i suppose, but i can't seem to find the answer - how do you block out your animation in Maya and prevent it from automatically tweening from key to key? i'd like to just block out the rough poses without automatically interpolating the inbetween frames... like you've done here

set key tangent type to "Linear" for "default in tangent", and "Stepped" for "default out tangent" in the animation preferences dialogue box
